#1 Raw Materials Preparation
The first step is to select the appropriate plastic resin based on the desired properties of the bottle, such as durability, transparency, or chemical resistance.

This process typically involves feeding the resin into a hopper, where it is heated and conveyed to remove moisture and ensure consistent material properties.
#3 Injection Molding
At this Stage (Injection Molding) Plastic resin is heated and injected into a mold under pressure. The mold cools, and the finished bottle is ejected.
#4 Slik Printing
The silk printing process in plastic bottle production involves applying ink or paint onto the surface of the bottle using a fine mesh screen.
#5 Assembly
