#01 Raw Material Checking
The first step is to select the appropriate plastic resin based on the desired properties of the bottle, such as durability, transparency, or chemical resistance.
#02 PP-Stir-Aggregates
This process typically involves feeding the resin into a hopper, where it is heated and conveyed to remove moisture and ensure consistent material properties.
#03 Injection Molding
At this Stage (Injection Molding) Plastic resin is heated and injected into a mold under pressure. The mold cools, and the finished bottle is ejected.
#04 Bottle Blow
